Watch your gran unleash her inner rock star in the karaoke room. You might be advised to grab your other half and go and hide at the sunken pool bar where it’s a bit quieter.

Located right by Berawa’s sweep of sandy beach and its excellent choice of restaurants and cafés, Cassia + Tara Elite 14 bedroom villa are the perfect place to chill with your besties. Yes, all 34 of them.

We’ve linked together two 7 bedroom villas for you. These are connected by a sliding door, to make a huge 14 bedroom villa. It’s got everything! It’s got  two 12×4 m private pools, both with a sunken bar; 2 fully equipped kitchens where you can whip up your own meals, and 2 huge poolside open dining spaces (each fitting 12 people) and, if you can’t be bothered with all that, just ask the chef (with its own kitchen) to make you whatever you wish, whenever you wish.

Entertainment facilities here are second to none

But the jewel of this villa is its entertainment facilities. Both villas have an entertainment room with sound proofing, private bar, smart flat screen TV with Netflix and satellite channels, home cinema, sound system, plus a karaoke room which can double as an additional living area. And if you want to take it even further, Cassia’s entertainment space also has DJ equipment & disco lights and, if you wish, a live DJ, available to rent.

When your uncle’s plaintive Whitney Houston warbling gets a bit much, you have the choice of 14 bedrooms.  There are 10 king size suites (the master and junior suites of each villa have a super king size (200cm*200cm) bed configuration). And there are 4 twins  to retire to. Try baggsying the master or junior suites. They have their own living rooms and dressing rooms as well as gorgeous stone bathtubs. Whichever room you get, you’ll be happy though – they all have flat screen smart TV with Netflix & satellite channels, AC, deposit box, dressing room and en-suite bathrooms with shower.

Discounts:

We offer: a) 10% last minute discount if you book 14 days or less prior to check in b) 10% long stay discount for a stay of 7 nights or more c) 15% early bird discount if you book 5 months or more in advance.

Villas’ capacity:

The villas can fit up to 32 people. For more than 28 people, we will add an extra bed per person per room.

Entertainment rooms downstairs:

The entertainment rooms downstairs have sound proofing, private bar, smart flat screen TVs with Netflix and satellite channels, a sound system and home cinema. There is also DJ equipment that can be rented at 1.5mn IDR.

Max capacity per entertainment room: 20 people

10/11/12/13 Bedroom options:

If you only need 10 or 11 or 12 or 13 bedrooms, this is possible at a cheaper price. We will just lock 1 or 2 bedrooms, and the villa will remain private.

Event info:

We can help you arrange your special event including music, decorations and F&B of course.

Additional charges for an event include the following: an event fee of $250–$450 USD (depending on the size of the wedding), an $180 USD banjar (local police) fee to obtain permission, and a $1,000 USD security deposit, which is fully refundable provided there are no damages.

If you are planning to hold an event with loud music, you need to pay banjar fee (local police)  in order to get permission. This is valid irrelevant of time.

Curfew:

As Canggu is a residential area, music needs to be turned off by 11pm.
